Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days with tracking — you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping within Singapore on orders over S$40 (a small flat fee applies below that). We also ship worldwide — international orders have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?
Across Singapore and worldwide. International prices show in your local currency where supported (for example, USD for customers in the US).

Returns & problems with your order

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong?
We want you and your bun to be happy! Message us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with a photo, and we'll sort out a free replacement or refund — no need to post anything back.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our cozy goods ship directly from our overseas warehouse, we're not able to accept change-of-mind returns. So please double-check the size and details before ordering — and if you're ever unsure which size suits your pet, just ask us first! 🐾

Is it safe for my pet?

Every listing is clearly marked. 🐾 “For your bun” items (nests, hay bags, playpens) are soft, breathable and pet-friendly. 🏡 “For your space” items (like our mushroom lamps) are cozy décor — lovely to look at, but not for nibbling. Always supervise enthusiastic chewers with soft items.

Which size should I choose?

Our Cotton Nest comes in cm sizes: 8×8 (mice, dwarf hamsters), 10×10 (hamsters, gerbils), 15×15 (guinea pigs), and 19×19 (dwarf/small bunnies, adult guinea pigs). For a bunny, choose the largest — 19×19 cm. Every product page has a full size guide.

What currency are prices in?

Our base currency is Singapore Dollars (SGD). International shoppers see prices automatically converted to their local currency at checkout.
